We are honoured to introduce Ms. Shikha, a passionate and award-winning educator whose profes- sional life is dedicated to the profound belief that education is the catalyst for transforming India’s des- tiny. With over 16 years of distinguished experience in educational leadership, Ms. Shikha has consis- tently shaped schools into institutions where values, innovation, and purpose converge.

Ms. Shikha brings a unique blend of scientific rigor and strategic leadership to MIT World Peace School. She holds a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology and has further refined her administrative acumen with an IIM certification in Leadership and Change Management from Raipur.

As Principal, Ms. Shikha ensures that our educational philosophy is deeply rooted in the vision of Vishwa Shanti (World Peace) through Education. She firmly believes that peace begins in the minds of children and views education as the most powerful path to nurturing harmony, empathy, and under- standing among individuals and communities. Under her stewardship, MIT World Peace School is driven by the mission to cultivate learners who think deeply, act compassionately, and live purposefully. Every interaction—be it in the classroom, in co-cur- ricular activities, or through acts of service—is viewed as an opportunity to practice peace in action.

Ms. Shikha envisions a school where education truly transcends textbooks and prepares students to be global contributors. Through the guiding philosophy of Vishwa Shanti, our goal is to shape global citi- zens who learn to celebrate diversity, resolve conflicts with understanding, and contribute meaningfully to the world around them.
