Mrs. Anita Ravi Nair is a seasoned education professional with over 25 years of diverse experience in teaching and school administration. She holds a Master’s degree in English and a Master’s degree in Education from Pune University, underpinning her expertise in pedagogy, curriculum design, and educational leadership.

Her career spans 21 years in the educational field, including 15 years in administrative leadership roles, where she has overseen academic programs, institutional development, teacher empowerment, and student welfare. Mrs. Nair spent over two decade's serving in renowned educational institutions in Pune, significantly contributing to their academic culture and reputation.

Currently, she is serving at MIT World Peace School (WPS) Indore, marking her first professional journey outside Pune. She brings to WPS her rich experience, passion for progressive education, and a strong commitment to nurturing each student’s potential.

Mrs. Nair believes in holistic, child-centric, and value-based education that nurtures academic excellence alongside emotional intelligence, ethics, and global awareness. Her educational philosophy aligns strongly with the WPS vision of cultivating intelligence, human values, and a global mindset, and its mission to promote joyful learning and holistic development.
